Q1. Can I have a sample?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. You may need to afford the sample cost and express cost before place a formal order. All sample costs would be refunded in order payments.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Normally samples take 5-7 days, general order would take 35-45 days depend on products.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Yes, please contact us for MOQ based on products. 1 pc for sample check is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For samples, We usually ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx which usually takes 7-14 days to arrive. For mass order, normally we do FOB by sea.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes, it is okay on mass order. Please inform us formally before our production so that we can check.
